Objective Skills Test

This isn't a self-assessment — it's not asking what you think you do. Each question puts you in a realistic work situation and asks you to judge the best move, then scores that judgement against a graded set of responses. Each of the five AI fluency domains below has its own short, standalone pilot: ten scenario-based questions, about five minutes, covering five skills with two scenarios apiece in different work contexts. That pairing is deliberate — it's what lets the score reflect whether your judgement actually generalises, rather than whether you happened to be familiar with one kind of problem.

Because it's testing judgement rather than self-perception, it's harder to unknowingly inflate than a self-report survey — but it currently runs as five separate pilots rather than one unified test, so covering every domain takes about 25 minutes across five short sittings rather than one. Each pilot is independent — take one, take all five, in any order.

Prefer a single sitting instead? The Self Assessment covers the same 25 skills in one 8-minute self-reported pass — faster, but based on how you rate your own habits rather than demonstrated judgement.

What your results will show

  • ·A stage, 1 to 5 — the same Unconscious Incompetence → Mastery ladder used across every Groovia assessment, based here on demonstrated judgement rather than self-reported habits.
  • ·A domain score out of 5.0 — the average across that domain's five skills.
  • ·Strongest and weakest skill — where to lean in, and where to focus next.
  • ·A skill-by-skill breakdown — your score on each of the two scenarios per skill, side by side.
  • ·A consistency flag — noted wherever your two scenario scores for a skill diverge sharply, since that usually means the judgement is real but hasn't generalised past one kind of work yet.
